Account type help

Help, I had a personal account and got paid from ebay with a credit card, my funds got held, I went to upgrade my account to premiere, but the only option was to set up a business account, which I dont need. How can I get a premiere account or go back to a personal account and get my money

There is no premier account. Personal and premier merged a while back and there are now only 2 accounts, personal and business.

If you are not a registered business or high volume seller then you are fine with a personal account and can receive Paypal payments however they are funded including credit cards.

Your funds are probably pending under the 'new seller hold' and that has nothing to do with a card payment.
