I have been asked to provide a copy of my ID and bank confirmation on my Paypal account on 16th of January 2018, as time proceeds i verified the 2 payments and provided them with necessary information including the copy of my ID.
I got an automatic response on the 18th of January 2018 regarding ''Your PayPal account is a controlled account and the limits are lifted''
Today someone was supposed to send me a payment on my Paypal account, yet i get a notification that my account is limited and asking me to verify my account
Regarding the notification in the Resolution Center:
We need some info from you. Someone tried to send you money using PayPal, but the amount exceeded limits set by European law. To lift the limit, the law requires you to verify your identity. Provide your information.
Side note: The automatic response isn't a spoof email incase you're wondering the email starts with my full name and the last 2 digits of my banking account are also provided.
