Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access.".so I click to see what going on and then I got my account limitation " Your account access is limited

It require me to provide some information like photo ID, address, credit card statement and SSN. I do everything but I still can't use paypay to pay any payment. here my Reference ID: PP-006-599-638-329. Please Help I need to use ASAP.
