I have had several too good to be true transactions on ebay, the item was listed at an extreamly low price and either is never shipped or marked as shipped from china with no tracking number and of course never arrives. the latest item was sold by someone that created the account the same day the item was listed, has zero feedback, listed the item as shipped no tracking from china, but the seller is located in colorado, when I check paypal the person's name is different than the email that the payment was sent to. this is crazy how does ebay or paypal not catch something like this? I know I will be refunded eventually but this should not be allowed to go to that point, ebay or paypal should require new sellers to post some sort of proff that they are reputible and their items are real. personally I think this latest item was listed by someone that hacked someone elses paypal accoount.
