First, some random woman named Debbie sent me $411 USD for no reason. I asked her why and refunded her money, she than said she was a multimillionaire and wanted to help small businesses, yet she wrote in grammatically incorrect English, so I just don't trust her there. Then about 10 minutes ago a man named David sent me $99, yet I received $95 and change after fees. I sent the amount back after fees, and he also sent it under goods and services. Can someone please explain why this is happening to me? Is this some sort of scam, or what? Because right now I am just utterly confused.
