i am really fed up with paypal.
As i live in Greece and have a capital control, we cannot use our debit cards in order to shop in internet. I wanted to buy a pair of roller skates from the UK, so in order to be able to buy them, a friend of mine sent me a request for payment. I sent her the money so we could proceed to do the shopping. Even then, we couldn t buy the item and i don t understand why. this is the first part.
The second part is worse.
After trying many times, since it was worthless, i decided to take the money back and put them back to my debit card. So i requested payment from my friend and she proceeded to sending the money back. then i received an email from paypal, saying that it is time for me to ship the item (?) and that it will take 21 days to release my balance!!!! there was no purchase!!!!!!!
i used to have paypal account, another account i mean, up to 2 weeks ago and after 3 years of having it i decided to cancel the account because i was very dissapointed with the customer service and all this time it took me to receive my money from the buyers. But i decided to open one new now in order to be able and shop the item from the uk. How did paypal recognise my new account as a seller account? i haven t sold anything since i opened this account.
How did my friend received the money i sent her at once and for me it takes so long? I should get my money immediately!!! you took fees for that and i didn t sell anything, i just received my money. If i don t get my money until tomorrow, i will make a report to CONSUMER INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
