I've just been trying to buy something off of steam with paypal through my bank account but every time i try it seems to not be working, i've tried with other things and they dont work either. I have no idea what to do since it seems paypal is just not functioning and i have no idea why. I dont have negative balance i dont have anything on my account indicating that i cant use it, i did have a negative balance a few days ago but it got resolved so i dont see why it wouldn't work?
If you have had a failed transaction via your bank account that left you with a neg balance then "sometimes" paypal does not allow you to use that funding source in the future, your best bet is to check it out with customer services.
