ok so on the 15th I made an order with an online retailer..Today is the 18th....on my paypal account it shows that the transaction is complete and shoes to have withdrawed the money from my bank account....problem is when i go look at my account activity from my bank it doesn't show up at all.....every other time i have used paypal when it says transaction complete it will immediately show up on my bank account.....whats the deal....
