when I try to pay with paypal it says "To pay for this purchase right now, link a debit or credit card to your PayPal account." and I already have and account linked to paypal. I dont let me go further.
how do I Add my Debit Card to my Paypal account when I try the help center it always say "UNAVAILABLE"
