I have a problem with paypal not paying for item purchased from Ebay. I have enogh funds to pay fot it, but it will not go through. I have contacted the seller abou this. I keep getting that I need to use a credit/debit card which I do not have.
I was about to close out my paypal account but was denied! Have money in paypal account to pay for it?
