Hi. I made payment for an item and after making payment the seller says I have to wait until the 21st as the payment hasn't been cleared in his account and will only post my item then. What should I do?
You have paid and the sooner the seller sends your item then the sooner his pending funds are released.
It is his problem and not yours as the funds are held as he is a new seller.
If he refuses to send you item then personally i would raise a dispute for non receipt and he would have trouble selling in the future and would get a neg feedback from me to warn other buyers.
