I sold a bike on Ebay and in order to ship it I had to use UPS and by having to do so I had to create an UPS account and them link it to paypal. After doing so I went ahead and packaged the bike and printed the label and dropped it off at UPS. After doing this I checked my Paypal account that showed that there was a temporary hold for the same amount that I paid to ship the bike. 5 days later it expired and the hold was lifted which I assume the amount went back into my account. 2 days after this there was another amount placed on temporary hold but this time the amount was for $15 more then the first hold. That same day the amount from the original hold showed as completed via UPS but there is still a hold for the higher amount on my account. Why are you holding my money when all the transactions have been completed?
