ok i challenge PAYPAL to straightforward answer THESE questionS. 

NAME 10 STORES ONLINE THAT USE PAD,,

 NAME 10 TRANSACTIONS THAT "QUALIFY FOR PAD"

EXPLAIN WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS TO PAYPAL IF WE CHOOSE PAD, AND PAYPAL STILL WITHDRAWS THE MONEY BEFORE NOTIFYING US OR THE 14 DAYS.

I REALLY DOUBT AN ANSWER WILL APPEAR, BUT IF ANYONE HAS ANSWERS PLEASE TELL  ME"  (email removed) BEEN WITH EBAY 15 YEARS. 100% EVERYTHING, AND I CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER

Reply to your last couple of sentences (the micro loans, credit score, etc)

the problem is COMENITY Bank  , the new BML creditor, and they have a lengthy list of customer dissatisfaction.  Just look up some consumer complaints against anything by COMEnITY (retail credit cards).  

Bml was was not so bad before COMEnITY took over and turned it into PAYPAL CREDIT

Yes on my last two buys on Ebay and I thought I was able to used my Mastercard or visa as a selectable form of payment.... WRONG the payment goes directly to my Bank for withdrawal ... Don't like that one bit so am considering to cancel that. have been using EMT in Canada for money transfer as it is just a dollar for transfer from bank to bank.and quick.
