Hello,
I can not use paypal anymore to pay for ebay articles. When I try to pay for the article, I get to the page where I am asked for my papal credentials. I enter my user and password and klick ok. But than nothing really happens. The hourglass appears and paypal tells me that the credentials are checked. After a short while it tells me that I will now get logged in. But than nothing more happens.
I can log in to paypal directly by browsing to paypal.com.
What is the problem here?
Best regards
CW
PS: I use ebay.de.

Who are we addressing our problems and questions to? Each other? Is there a customer service agent or paypal moderator who is following up these published concerns with answers? (That is how Amex and TWC community chat posts work... Someone fixes your posted issue).
Can someone let me know who we are writing all our complaints for, are there Paypal representatives with the agency to resolve issues...
Or are we like a giant classroom of school kids with no teacher present, and we are all trying to teach each other Calculus lol
