I paid for goods via my paypal account, 6 wks on goods not received firm not replying to my emails, was informed once that goods had been shipped and could take up to 4 wks as were coming from overseas anyone know if I can get a refund??
If you are in the U.S then you should have up to 180 days to file a dispute for non receipt of item via the "resolve a problem" link lower left of your paypal summary page.
