i purchased an item from ebay and before the item was shipped i requested a refund because i no longer wanted the item i contacted the seller and he complied and said he would refund my money i recieved messeges confirming i got a refund but i did not recieve my money back to my pay pal account or my debit card
If you paid with your Account Balance or Bank Account, the refund is credited back to your PayPal Account Balance. Depending on the funding source used by the person doing the refund, the time can be from 1 day to possibly 4 days plus.
If you paid with a card, the refund is credited back to that card. Refunds to cards can take up to 2 weeks. If your card was the prepaid type, most are not reloadable, you need to check with the card issuer for the credit.
