conversion charge refund

Seller sent me refund cos i was not happy with the item i bought .I paid conversion charge to Pay pal when i bought item

tobe honest i was not awere of it, what i asking is - does pay pal refund conversion charge ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. 🙂

That's a good question. When we issue a refund, we use the same currency conversion rate for the refund, as was used for the original transaction, if the refund is processed within 60 days. Any refunds beyond 60 days are processed at the currency conversion rate effective at that time. I hope that helps. 🙂
