hi!! dude, your wedding dress situation's NO JOKE!!!! 1st, i would try my hardest to contact the person making the dress, but they must realize that they can't make a dress w/o measurements!! DUH!!  2nd, call paypal customer service, it may seem useless, but do it anyway so they know what's happening...u never know, they may have a solution. 3rd (& most importantly) your idea about contacting your credit card company  is an absolute must!!! they can stop payment or will DEFINETLY DEAL W/THE SITUATION FOR YOU & THEY MAY CONTACT PAYPAL AS WELL....U NEVER KNOW!! they want to keep thier customers so badly, that credit card companies will do about anything for you if you word things properly 😉 but, also make sure this dress maker understands what u had to go thru to fix this because you couldn't seem to contact them!  sorry, i know this is a cpl wks after you wrote about the problem, but thought i'd respond anyway! good luck 🙂

I made an order for $79.90, got my verification and all. I get an email a few days later to inform me that they are out of what I ordered and are canceling my order. I have the emails to verify. But I can't cancel the order on here. How do I cancel my order and get my money back? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

i ordered an item that seller refused to ship to p.o. box , so i bought  the item from another vender. now i can't cancel the sale even though i havent paid for it...

If it's an eBay item, you will need to ask the seller to initiate a mutual cancellation request.  More information and instructions are available at the following link...

A payment was taken out of my account for emusic I didnt want that I must have clicked the wrong thing I only wanted it if it was free . I do not want any payments taken out for anything ok I will let you know if I want a payment taken out .

I am trying to arrange pick up and am planning to pay through PayPal. I am purchasing item for someone else and need to let them pick up and check out item. Do I pay before he picks up? If the item is defective and he does not get it how long do I have to cancel payment?

I ordered an item from a webshop and payed via Paypal. I didn't receive any words from the seller, so I looked up in my Paypal account, and I saw that the status is unclaimed. I tried to contact to the seller but he/she didn't reply, so I tried to Cancel the payment but the Cancel button isn't there where it should be. What can I do except waiting for a month?

i recently just sold an item on here, and im waiting on the m?oney, as of right now my account is pending to get an amount but my paypal balance has money, i didnt understand if i had gotten the money or not, so i had tryed to  buy something and it didnt work, i go to log into my account and at the history it says the amount i tryed to spend and its pending on the amount of money to get into the paypal account. but now i no longer want this item i tryed to buy, how can i cancel the pending payment, so when i get money from the item i sold , no money will be taken ?
