i am really noob to paypal and never made any payment before. but my acc is verfied with my bank card.
ok my question is, can i receive money from my friend using my paypal e mail address?
and if yes, can i make payment with this?
here is a noob question. whenever i want to make payments through paypal it always choose my bank card as payment option. what if i already have balance in paypal? will it still choose bank card or use from available paypal balance?
i have dual currency in paylam. malaysian ringgit and usd. i choose usd as my primary payment mothod.
please help me on this topic. thanks a lot.
