Wrongly charged for NSF.

Paypal charged me for nsf fees even though my account had enough money to pay.. 

first they took the right amount of money then they returned it then after they charged me for NSF fee.

they did that twice. now my account is on negatives.

So why don't you contact customer services to sort it???
