Hello out there. Can I send money to my daughter's debit card so she can get the cash from my PayPal account. If so how is this done and can she immediately withdrawal from atm

You can send from your paypal account to her paypal account.

Then she can withdraw to any bank account she has linked to her paypal account.

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the U.S.
