I currently have $32.50 outstanding balance that Paypal debitted to my account for not having sufficient funds for the purchase of a good last week. Half an hour ago I transfered $32.50 from my debit card to my Paypal account, which paypal said will take 6-8 business days. I am now trying to buy goods from a website, for which the price is $26. On the page of confirm purchase, the page asks me to pay "Current Purchase : $26, Outstanding Amount : $32.50" for a total of $58.50. I am wondering that, if I confirm and pay this option right now, after 6-8 business days, will I have a positive balance of $32.50 on my paypal account? Since, I will be charged twice for that $32.50

If the payment of $58.50 is an instant payment then, yes, if by the time payment clears and you've zeroed out your negative balance, you will have a positive balance of $32.50
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
