Why haven't I received a statement in the mail?

I haven't received a statement in the mail yet but the email I received from Bill Me Later a few weeks ago said the due date for the payment is Nov. 14. I can't send my payment without a statement  & address to send it to so what do I do?

Thank you for your reply, Nicole. I ended up calling one of my sons & he drove over & helped me find the address to mail the check to.  I mailed it the same day.

 

I don't understand what is going on now because I received a new statement Wednesday & it still showed I had not made a payment & the balance is $25.00 higher on the new statement. The minimum payment for last month was $25.00. I paid off the whole balance when I sent in my check on the the 11th so all I can figure is their computer must have added last months minimum payment to my balance by mistake. I sent them a message and ask them if they could straighten the balance back out so it shows I paid my bill & take last months minimum payment off the balance. I haven't heard back from them yet & I don't want to call and ask any of my sons to drive to my house to help me figure this out again so I hope I hear from Bill Me Later soon & that they got everything straighten out. I've only made a few purchases over the internet & at Ebay over the past year so I'm still learning how these things are done through the computer & trying not to make any mistakes.  I'm not sure what to do now.
