Why can't I buy ammo using Paypal

Just wondering why I can not buy Ammo using paypal. Is this company run by  kitty kats or what?

It is a right and in our constitution yet these wanna be protectors of the world dont think its a good business practice. Come on Paypal. Let us use our money how we choose to. Its our money not yours and you already **bleep** us by not paying interest on our funds. You are really a bunch of Sallys !!
