Why is it taking so long for my funds to be available? Do I have to ship the item first to get the funds quicker or wait til the money is in hand to ship? I am confused.
Hi. I am a seller on eBay and just in the past week or so almost every transaction is pending. I know that one payment was an e-check and I understand that, but none of the others appear to be. It is taking 24-72 hours (usually 72) for the payment to show up and be ok to ship, even when no payment has to be accepted. Is this a new policy or can someone explain this? Thank you.
