Website Selling Illegal Drugs Using PayPal

Im a disheartend mother,

I caught my son buying schedule 4 controlled pharmaceuticals online. Whats worse is these criminals make it so easy for anyone to pay using paypal which Im so surprised dont protect against this. Its completly unethical and facilitating crime!

The website I am talking about is www.mymodafinil.net

They sell the schedule 4 controlled drug modafinil, which is stimulant often used for treating methamphetamine addiction.

It can only be sold with a prescription, due to having potentially deadly side-effects.

They are rouge pharmacy, commiting federal crimes, yet some how they still are able to accept paypal payments.

I suppose they can get away with this by using multiple paypal accounts and not disclosing their paypal email until requested when making an order.

I made a fake order, and they even charge $30 extra for the privilege of using paypal. Its crazy!

First off, modafinil is regulated not illegal - ie: is not schedule 1. The only illegal activity is your son importing without a script. It is over the conter and off patent in India. Secondly, the drug is prescribed primarily for people like me whose lives are generally unmanageable because of pervasive narcolepsy. Thirdly, because of patent and market manipulation here, the current cost per month if purchased in the states is over $1000. Fourth and finally I would like to thank people like you and your son for abusing, ruining and tarnishing the valuable service provided by mymodafinil - which is entirely legal (a person with a schIV script may import up to 3 months worth of it) - and pricing me out of being able to afford life enabling meds.

Yes what you can do is vote. You can vote that these drugs be legalized in and in the process of legalization they will be regulated. The only thing that making things illegal does is create a black market which opens the door for operations like this to work. People are going to get their hands on the daffodil methamphetamine any drug that they want regardless of if it is legal or not legal ization just creates a more streamlined and regulated system that is in the end safer for everybody.
