I am trying to buy something but I am getting this error. Yes my account is verified and I have more than enough to buy it. There is no credit card linked, but there is my bank account which cannot do instant transfers.

I tried converting my currency into euro's which is what is required but I got the same error. I've tried deleting cache, cookies etc and nothing works.

What's even more annoying is that I bought something a few hours before this item but it was in GBP and not euros.

All funds are coming from my paypal balance.

All we can suggest is that you contact customer support direct with your concerns as they can look at your account details and setup.  Unfortunately as this is a member to member help group, no one here has that capability.

ALSO having this problem.

According to paypal i should be able to send and receive money still even if unverified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
