We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now i have this error for 2 days how to fix this? please?

If your account is OK maybe your seller/recipient has "some problem" with his/her PayPal account (mostly PayPal risk/security measures) or you just logged in from new device/IP? Have you tried to clear the cookies/change the browser? If still doesnt work better wait afew hours/days and try again or just contact the support instead (recommended).
