We can't send your payment right now

Hey everybody,

It seem to be a common problem :

I have created my Business account, in Paypal (e-mail checked and correct informations), but when I want to send money to somebody or buy a product, the following message can be read : "We can't send your payment right now".

It's strange because I can send money using this account throught the Paypal app for my iphone ...

Can you help me ?

Is your PayPal Account verified?

Not for the moment, but I can send with my iphone, therefore I don't understand why I can send money from the Paypal website ...
