Walmart MoneyCard problems

Alright so this is a little bit confusing, but I'm wondering if anyone can let me know what's going on. So I needed to send money through Paypal to a person/business who was offering me a service. The only kind of bank card I have right now is a WalMart Moneycard (Mastercard), so I decided to use this as my bank through PayPal. They sent me a couple small amounts to check in my account, sure enough it was there and I confirmed the bank account very easily, no problems at all. Here is where the problem is, both the seller, and PayPal, say that the amount I was supposed to send for the service was completed. Basically long story short, the seller said he received his payment via PayPal, and PalPal said it was a success with no problems on their on, but my Walmart Moneycard never had money removed from it, and they also sent me an email that said that the transaction was declined. How could it have been declined if the seller and PayPal both said the transaction was successfully completed? I'm really confused, and sorry if I confused anyone else, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone and have a good day.

Don't think that card will work with the system as you can't link a gift card, prepaid card, or one-time-use card to your PayPal account.  The exception is PayPal Products and Green Dot Money Packs.  Most prepaid cards don't have the any ID info, owner's name and billing address, only an amount.  PayPal can see the amount however, can't process the transaction because there's no name and billing address.

See that's the weird thing. PayPal accepted my Walmart Moneycard as a bank account, it was verified and everything, and even in the invoice for my transaction it says specifically that funds were successfully removed from your bank account and that the transaction was successful. I don't understand why PayPal didn't stop this transaction immediately because it is in fact a prepaid card. The seller received their money, and PayPal says the transaction was completely successful, the only problem is that  the money was not taken out of my bank account, and I have gotten 2 emails from Walmart stating my transaction was declined....this is why I am completely confused. If the money wasn't taken from my bank account (Walmart Moneycard) and Walmart is saying the transaction was declined, then how did the seller get paid and PayPal says the transaction was completely successful? Totally confused on this one and sorry if this is confusing to everyone else but I appreciate any feedback.

Unfortunally, you would need to talk with customer service.  Are you sure the seller really got paid?
