Unauthorized payments

Hello, my account was suddenly limited and when I get checked my activities I found out many strange transaction which have nothing in common with me or family , what can I do ? Now my balance is negative , it shouldn't be like that. Thanks

Have you filed an unauthorised tranaction against all the payments that were unauthorised?

Have you changed your password and security questions?

Have you had an email from paypal to say why your account is limited?

Have you run an antivirus and malware scan on your computer?

I tried to submit but it said that transaction numbers are invalid , I have antivirus and I have changed my personal info , plus after that "transactions day " no activities are you registered on my acc. I wrote message center but no answer yet. Thanks

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
