I just made a purchase on Ebay and logged to to Paypal to make the payment. When I clicked logon, the app immediately jumped to Completed without giving me the opportunity to change the ship to address and payment method. Once it gets to completed, there is no way to make any changes. This has happened a couple of time to me in the past. It looks to me like Paypal has a bug in their app. Has anyone else experienced this phenomena?
