US Verified Premier Paypal Account Receiving Limitations - Please Help

My account says verified, and says all limits are lifted, but I was curious if anyone knew if that meant that there was absolutely no cap on what one could receive. Currently, my account reads:

Transfer money - Available

Send money - Fewer fees*

Sending limit - Lifted

Receive money - Available

Withdraw money - Limit lifted

Does this mean that there is absolutely no limit? Just curious. They don't state it anywhere. I would think that they put some sort of cap on it.

Once your account is "verified" and there's no limits, the only cap on transactions is $10,000 each.   Meaning per transaction, whether sending or receiving, you cannot exceed $10,000.   For example, if someone buys something from you that costs $20,000, you would have to send them 2 invoices for $10,000 each.
