I made a purchase on kixify.com about a month ago with no problems at all. I'm trying to make another purchase and when I go to checkout and pay it stops me and has a message saying, not an authorized account, please contact paypal customer service which I did and the lady from PayPal told me everything is good with my account and I shouldn't have any problems and to try to checkout on kixify again. I tried again and it came up with the same message. Can anyone please tell me what the issue could be?
