Hello. Someone tried to send me money and they got this message "This payment was blocked due to a violation of government regulations" . I'm from Lithuania, our currency is Euros, they tried to sent money in dollars. Is there any solution to this?
They wrote me : "There is nothing we can do about this. We can't send in Euros and that doesn't matter anyway. You will have to wait for PayPal's response unfortunately, and there isn't much we can do."
