Contacting, calling, and emailing paypal did NOT help me with my problem. I bought an Ecard online and for some reason it didn't go through and now my money is pending in temporary hold placed. I never had a bank or card linked to my account when I payed for this Ecard and it came straight from my paypal balance. How can I cancel this temporary hold and how long do I have to wait when they're saying "We'll complete this refund as soon as your original payment is processed by the bank." when this has nothing to do with a bank/debit/credit card?
