Sent payment but nothing happening.....Twice!!!

I have tried to send a payment twice now ( probably end up going out twice) and nothing is happening or showing up on my summary/activities? Could it be that the seller has given me invalid email details? Would PayPal not notify me if this was the actual issue?  Thanks in advance, any advice appreciated.

What does it say next to the transactions in your paypal transaction history??

1. Completed.

2. Unclaimed.

3. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

4. Pending.
