Hello, community! I'm trying to send money to a friend using the SEND MONEY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY option. I have pressed that button and it prompts me to a section where I need to enter the mobile number or email. Well, when pressing on that button to enter the info. My keyboard/keypad doesn't show up. I'm unable to enter any information simply because their is no keypad that usually shows up for options like this. BTW I'm using this keypad to write this from the same device as when trying to use the PayPal app. I have a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4. Thank you!
