Sellers pay pal account is unable to accept payment at this time

When I go to make a payment on pay pal for a purchase a errror message comes up Sellers name pay pal account is unable to accept payment at this time. First time I have had this happen. I bid on a camera and am wondering if It was stolen sellers messages are hey man and thats cool. Maybe my imagination is just over reacting. Should I worry??

Just won an item and when paying w/PayPal, rec'ed error message that payment was 'unclaimed by seller'. Fear the auction will be rejected - sold for far below the going rate. Seller has other items still up for auction so am confused how a seller can refuse funds and maybe not honor the auction & send item. Help? Waited a long time to get this item!
