I "contributed" in 3 different indiegogo campaign with promise that the item will be delivered mid Dec 2015 and mid Jan 2016. Now that there is no respond from campaign owner and Indiegogo, arising scam suspicions and similar item can be bought everywhere now. I opted to dispute the payment on Paypal. This is what Paypal get from the seller for all disputes.
"Tracking Company: Other
Tracking Number: We can provide additional information"
Now that Paypal rejected the refunds, the respond given by Paypal is as below
"Thanks for your patience during our review of this case. Your seller has provided shipment tracking information in response to your claim. We used the shipping company's online tracking service and found that the item was delivered to you. As a result, this case has been closed in favor of your seller."
I really need to know how did Paypal track the item using "We can provide additional information" and then nothing else?
And anyone can consult of what is my best course of actions next?
