Receiving payment, debit card, transfer to bank

Hi! I am new to Pay Pal and I just recently sold an item on Ebay and the buyer has already paid. Right now I only have my debit card linked to my Pay Pal account and it says that in my "Wallet" I have $18.20 pending. Is the $18.20 going to be added on to my debit card and when? I'm confused!

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Often times, payment holds effect sellers with a limited sales history. The good news is that you can access your funds more quickly by shipping the item within 24 hours and printing your shipping label/s on eBay. Once we can confirm that the item has indeed been delivered to the buyers' shipping address, we can then release those funds to you withing 72 hours of the item showing delivery.
