Reached sending limit when I haven't?

Trying to send $100 USD and I have a 479 USD spending limit, yet it says I've reached the limit?

Spending limit is cumulative not per transaction.

I know, I've send 20.50 before and that's it. I should still be able to send 479.50 more but it isn't letting me send 100

What you need to do is verify your PayPal Account.  This will resolve your issue.

I don't want to verify. It said $500 limit and it should be a $500 limit.

No worries as the choice is yours whether to verify or not however, you're still have an issue.  (We've been thru this.)

Maliwan is correct. If it says $500 spending limit, then there should be $500 spending limit.

Just as PayPal expects their users to comply with their terms of servive, they should also respect the rights of their users.

Well I contacted paypal, they said it's security measures and that they fixed it for the next 48 hours. I tried to send it again and still the same error
