I got the email about Paypal changing there policy fee's but i'm a little confused.
So is the new fee's for Canadians accepting USD funds 3.7%+$.30 cents from the current 2.9%+$.30 cents. I was a little confused trying to read everything.
Also about having a bussiness account do we still pay higher % now too or still the current 2.9%.
