Problem with withdraw

Hello, i have a problem with withdraw.

When I try to make the withdrawal, I following message: "You Can not complete this transaction at this time." How can I solve this problem?

I have a Visa Electron card attached to the PayPal account.
PayPal account is verified.
The card is also checking and it would be my first retreat, I only see this message: "You Can not complete this transaction at this time".
I lifted all limits for online card transactions and I have called the bank where they told me that the problem is not from them.

So how can I solve my problem?

You can't withdraw to a card in the U.S.

You can only withdraw to a linked bank account.

I withdrew into a bank account attached. Not a card from the US, like you said.

Not sure why you said it was a card then.

If you have your bank account set up and the direct debit mandate in place then you should be able to withdraw AS LONG AS >>>

the funds are not pending.

the funds are in the correct currency as your bank account.

your bank account is in the same name as your paypal account.

etc etc.
