So i got a prepaid visa card my birthday/christmas gift and wanted to buy some stuff for a game on xbox so i made a paypal account and tried to link my card. After realizing i dont have a way to get the varification code i remove the card. about a week later i find a site and get the code, so i reenter the card and use code from the site and get my refund. But thats all the money in my account just the $1.95 not the full value of the card. What do i do to get the full value of the card on my account. Thanks for any help.
