Please help!. How can a cancel a buyer payment that was send to me?

A buyer send me payment of a item, but I decided not to sell the item. But the money has not been credited to my account yet until papal receive the shipment tracking number for verification. How can I cancel the payment from  buyer that was  send me? Please reply back ASAP.

You decided not to sell it.....thats not how Ebay works.... you sell it the buyer pays and then you ship.

i know, this was not on ebay. i have the item with me, n the buyer send me the money. but its not for sale at the moment.
