Phone number

I sold an item and the seller says Pay pal wants here to put in a phone number before she can pay and she refuses to put in her phone number. I don't care if I have her phone number or not. Is this because of something I did when setting up the auction and need to change it,I just can't figure out what to do so this lady will pay me. Thanks for any help Helen

There's a setting in your Account Profile for requiring a phone number.

My Selling Tools

Under Selling Online

Look for Website preferences

Click on Update

Look for Contact Telephone Number

It's straight forward from there.

As for your current issue - if your customer inputs a wrong number, it's not your fault.
