Paypal won't let me transfer money from my checking account to my pp account

When ever I click add money, it sends me to the resolution center, I've been able to add money from pp to my checking account, but it wont allow me to transfer money into it. I thought it would be as easy as withdrawling money from pp, so I placed a bid on ebay for an item that ends in 2 days, theres a good chance I'll be outbid (the bid is at $163, my max bid is $200 for a lot of 5 working iPod touches) I probably don't have to worry since it really is worth at least $300 dollars, but just to be safe and for future reference, I need to know how to transfer money from my checking account to my pp account. Thanks!

Normally the process is easy and straight forward however, we really don't know what is going on as this is a member to member supported forum, not customer support.  It would be best for you to contact them as they can look at your account can check a few things out for you.  You can contact them via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal
