Purchaser sent a screenshot of his Paypal payment which was for an upcoming event. He didn't go through the software link which was through a website as instructed. Rather, he sent a Paypal payment back in early November but is just now coming to us saying he never got his tickets. He said this was his first time using Paypal.
I can't find his payment on our nonpropfit account page under either his name, e-mail address. He only has a screenshot of the Paypal payment and it doesn't even have a date on it. It only has a summary.
What could have possibly happened? I don't want to deny him entry if he did pay for these tickets, but I have no proof of his payment. I really don't think he's lying and I do believe he paid, but where is the payment?
