Paypal not able to send payment.....what's wrong?

I have money in my account and it is verified but paypal is not able to send the payment. I've tried two different computers and an ipad. Anyone else having this problem? I've been on hold with Paypal for OVER TWO hours now. I'm getting very frustrated. I bought an item and now I can't pay for it......

PayPal does use multiple servers, could be a glitch with the one you were sent to.  If there's something major going on you can check this site:

They do post bulletins, site maintenance and other information.
